View of the Gothic facade of Saint-Étienne Cathedral in Auxerre, built from the 13th to the 16th century, with a 78-meter north tower. The reverse shows a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Péroff in Villeron, a 2.20 franc French Republic stamp dated April 18, 1939, and the publisher 'Éditions Valoire'.
