Description

Black and white view of a square surrounded by trees, with a building adorned with sculptures on its façade and a tower in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Avignon on September 15, 1949, with a red 5-franc stamp, addressed to Madame Marie-Élisabeth Bouchin in Herbes-Lettance (Belgium). The handwritten text mentions a meeting in Avignon and a promise to see the recipients again.
