Postcard showing the western facade of the Palace of the Popes in Avignon, built during the papacy of Clement VI. The reverse features handwritten text dated January 4, 1963, mentioning a trip to Châteauneuf-les-Martres and correspondence with Madame G. Jeannot in Donzy. A 620 franc stamp and a postmark from Avignon are visible.
