Winter view of a red Poma cable car in the snowy mountains, with pines and peaks in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 29, 1976, sent from Bareges to Madame Gicat in Gardrel, with a 1 franc French postage stamp and a cancellation from Luz-Saint-Sauveur.
