Description

View of the Pyla dune, the highest in Europe (117 m), with visitors and 1960s cars. In the foreground, a waffle kiosk with the inscription 'WAFFLES'. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated December 1st, 1963, sent from the Arcachon Station (Gironde) to Kathy Loirson in Paris, with a 20 franc stamp and a postmark from Gironde.
