Black and white aerial view of the basins and valley of the Doubs, featuring the Hotel du Saut-du-Doubs and the Swiss customs house on the edge of a lake surrounded by forests and cliffs. On the reverse, a Swiss 10-centime stamp, postmark from Lausanne dated April 14, 1948, and handwritten address to Paris (Saint-Denis, Seine).
