Picturesque view of Lake Baveno with palm trees in the foreground, hydrangea flowers, and snow-capped mountains in the background. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1960 sent from Baveno to Paris, signed by Gaston Immer and addressed to 'Chers Amis'. Italian 25 lire stamp with cancellation from Baveno, Novara, 1960.
