Black and white view of Bayeux Cathedral Notre-Dame, with its imposing bell tower and Gothic spires, framed by an iron gate. On the reverse, a postcard dated July 25, 1962, sent from Bayeux (Calvados), with a postmark and cancellation 'CALVADOS'. The handwritten text mentions a visit to the cathedral and the tapestry, as well as the names of the recipients: Mrs. J. Olivier and Mrs. E. Vaillant in Pantin (Seine).
