Description

Postcard illustrating three stages in the history of the Berchtesgaden site: the villa in 1939, its destroyed state in 1945, and its reconstruction in 1952. The reverse features a letter dated July 23, 1971, sent from Berchtesgaden to Mr. René Tostivint in Brieuc, with a 20 Deutsche Bundespost stamp and a Berchtesgaden-Ramsau postmark.
