Black-and-white view of a violent storm at the Rocher de la Vierge in Biarritz, with crashing waves and a metal pier in the background. The reverse features handwritten text dated April 18, 1911, addressed to children in Boulogne, and indicates the publisher L. CHATAGNEAU with the serial number 10.445. A 12-centime stamp is affixed, with a circular cancellation from Biarritz.
