View of a storm in Biarritz with crashing waves on the Virgin's Rock, connected by a metal bridge. On the reverse, a postcard dated August 14, 1971, sent to M. Léon Châtelain in Cambrai, with a 0.50 franc stamp and handwritten text mentioning the beauty of the place and a visit to Saint-Pierre-de-Bat. The publisher is D.L. 71 - C° des Arts Photomécaniques.
