Description

Black and white view of the baroque church of Birnau a. B., with its imposing bell tower with ornate spire. The reverse has a handwritten inscription addressed to 'Fräulein Louise Reynier', mentioning holidays at Lake Constance and impressions of natural and architectural beauty. The postcard is dated August 1955 and signed by Fritz Wiegand, with a postmark from Rüdesheim am Rhein and a cancellation from Berg 30llhaus.
