Description

Black and white view of the wooden church of Borgund, dated 1150, located in a mountainous landscape in Norway. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Monsieur Novion in Paris, with two Norwegian stamps (25 and 10 øre) and a postmark from Indre Sogn dated 31 August 1952.
