Oil painting on canvas by Maurice Utrillo, dated 1936, depicting a street in Pérouges (Ain) with passers-by and buildings with light-colored walls and tiled roofs. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1941, sent by the Association for the Affirmation of the Brou Museum, mentioning an exhibition in Brougues and a souvenir of the artist. The reverse also features the publisher 'ÉDITIONS DU CASTELLET' and a postmark.
