Description

Calvary of Pleyben in Finistère, built between 1632 and 1640, depicting thirty scenes from the life of Christ. Text printed on the reverse indicates that it is the most artistic of the six first-order Breton calvaires. At the bottom of the front, mention 'PLEYBEN' and traces of publisher 'ETEMENTS MAUSSURE P. CHANNEC'.
