Description

Picturesque view of the canal in Bruges with swans in the water, bordered by old houses and a Gothic spire. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated May 29, sent from Bruges to Paris, signed by Camille Rigaut and addressed to Mademoiselle Cholley. Four 80-centime Belgian stamps are affixed, with a Bruges cancellation.
