Description

Black and white view of Brussels City Hall, with its iconic Gothic tower and pedestrians in the square. The front has several multilingual inscriptions (French, Dutch, German). The back shows a handwritten letter dated 22.10.55, sent to Paris, with two Belgian stamps of 1.20 francs and a Brussels cancellation.
