Description

View of the Millennium Monument in Budapest, with its obelisk and statues, surrounded by historic buildings and a few pedestrians. The reverse has a handwritten inscription dated May 16, 1959, signed 'Louis', and mentions that it is his last postcard of Budapest before leaving for Vienna, then Paris. The publisher is Képzőművészeti Alap Kiadóvállalata, with a 2 forint stamp.
