Description

Lively view of Piccadilly Circus in London in 1949, with many red double-decker buses and vintage cars. The buildings are adorned with large advertisements for Guinness, Gilbey's Gin, Wrigley's and other brands. On the reverse, a historical description mentions that more than fifteen buses were present and that few people could afford a car at that time.
