Description

Sunny view of an Egyptian mosque with an ornate dome decorated with Arabic motifs and stone minarets. On the reverse, a handwritten letter in French addressed to Annie and Jean-Paul Lurier in Paris, with two Egyptian stamps (45 and 140 millimes) and a postmark from Cairo dated August 17, 1961. The card bears the inscription 'CAIRO: A Scenic view of several Mosques'.
