View of the City Hall of Calais, a work by architect Louis Debrouwer, in neo-Gothic style with its imposing bell tower. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Marie Boulay in Le Mans, with a 25-centime French postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Calais dated June 26, 1932. The publisher is listed as 'Editions Gaby' with the note 'Trademark registered'.
