Black and white view of the Town Hall of Calais, visible from the Public Garden, with a flower-lined path and a wooded park in the background. The reverse has a handwritten inscription 'Bonjour aux copains temps splendide' and the address of Michel Wailly in Les Plas, Seine. A 8 franc postage stamp and a postmark from Calais dated 9-7.
