On the reverse, a postcard sent on May 3, 1961, from Montreal to Paris, with a handwritten message for 'Dear Mom' and an address to Madame Étienne Hault, 16 rue Mr. Gorki, Paris, France. Two Canadian stamps (10¢ and 5¢) are affixed, along with a Montreal postmark from May 12, 1961.
