Description

Color view of the port of Cannes with boats, cars, and palm trees in the foreground. The reverse has a handwritten inscription dated April 16, 1974, addressed to Madame Bernard Marguerite at Le Nocturn au Pharaon (Béme), with a 30 centimes stamp and a Cannes postmark.
