View of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, adorned with numerous national flags on its roof under a blue sky. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1973 from Cannes, with a 50-centime stamp and handwritten address to Mr. and Mrs. Salvy in Béziers. The publisher is noted at the bottom right: 'Éditions d'Art Montillet'.
