View of the Palace of Festivals in Cannes, adorned with numerous national flags and blue banners. On the reverse, a postcard dated January 20, 1961, sent from Cannes to Madame L. Sallard in Paris, with a handwritten message praising the city's ideal climate. 80-cent postage stamp and Cannes postmark.
