View of the Midday Beach in Cannes with swimmers, umbrellas and tents, bordered by palm trees and buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 13, 1943, sent from Cannes, mentioning a stay in Vichy and thanking for gifts. The stamp and postmark are visible.
