Description

Colored view of the Porte Narbonnaise in Carcassonne, with its conical towers and stone ramparts. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 18 August 1954, addressed to a Madame, signed 'Hélène Trinque', mentioning a surgical operation and return to Cusilly. The reverse also bears the inscription 'Les Éditions Vétraud, 4, Rue de l'Horloge, Nîmes, Fabrication Française, Impr. Interalliée'.
