Description

Black and white aerial view of the village of Cauterets nestled in a mountainous valley, with sloped-roof houses and a pointed-spire church in the center. On the reverse, handwritten text dated 4/7/66 mentions a holiday in this beautiful Pyrenees region, with an address to Saint-Étienne. The 1965 French postmark (rooster) is canceled in Cauterets.
