Black and white view of Place de la Victoire in Brussels, with the clock tower in the center, surrounded by buildings and vintage cars. On the back, a postcard sent from Brussels in 1933, with handwritten text indicating a visit to Belgium, addressed to Madame Douvenin in Marnes (France). Two red stamps are applied and canceled with a circular stamp from Brussels.
