View of the Château de Rambouillet bordering a lake, with turrets and vineyards. The back indicates that it was built in 1375 by Jean Bernier, enlarged by the Count of Toulouse, and that Napoleon sought peace there after his divorce from Joséphine. Postcard sent to Mr. Roger Boucharin in Marseille, with a 140-franc stamp and a postmark from the PLM Paris La Défense station on 7-6-1982.
