View of the Chaumont viaduct, 55 m high and 654 m long, surrounded by vegetation and a rural path. Reverse: handwritten text dated September 26, 1938, mentioning road difficulties and soldiers, addressed to Andrée Corda in Bar-le-Duc (Meuse), with a stamp and postmark.
