Panoramic view of Chicago's Gold Coast with the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) prominently featured under a blue sky. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated September 28, 1963, sent from Chicago to Bervataigne, 80700 Roye, France, by G. Bloc, with a 10-cent USA stamp 'The Land of the Free' and a Chicago, Illinois cancellation.
