Description

Postcard showing the engraved gold altar of Emperor Henri II, dated from the 17th century, displayed in the Musée de Cluny. The reverse indicates that it was given by the emperor to the cathedral of Basel. The card bears the inscription 'Ph. Archives Photographiques' and the number 4088.
