Description

Sepia aerial view of the medieval village of Conques, dominated by its Romanesque church with two towers, nestled in a green valley. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 31, 1951, sent to Madame Glachet in Versoul, mentioning a visit to the church and a stay in Aveyron. Postal stamp of 20 francs and postmark of Conques.
