Open-air orthodox chapel, surrounded by red flowers and pines, with a dome-covered bell tower and cross. Printed text on the reverse indicates its status as a hydro-mineral center and its imperial origin. Postcard sent to Villa Maryse de Provence, with a 30 centimes postage stamp and a Contrexéville postmark of July 27, 1957.
