View of the Historisches Westwerk of Corvey, a Gothic religious building with two spired towers, surrounded by greenery and flowers. The reverse bears a handwritten French letter dated 15-8-88, sent from Höxter (Germany) to Capdenac-gare (France), with a 60 pfennig German postage stamp and a circular cancellation.
