Panoramic view of Croagh Patrick beach at Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, Ireland, with green mountains in the background and people on the shore. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated 1974, addressed to Mademoiselle Ronnat in France, accompanied by a yellow stamp and a Galway cancellation. The printed text describes Croagh Patrick as the sacred Irish mountain, where Saint Patrick spent forty days of penance in 441.
