Description

Bicolored postcard showing on the left a musician playing a trombone on a boat, with the inscription 'Das Echo vom Königssee', and on the right the lake surrounded by mountains with the chapel of St. Bartholomä. The reverse indicates the names of the mountains (Echowand, Hachelkopf, St. Bartholomä, Watzmannostwand), features an Austrian Republic 4s stamp, a postmark from Stams of 7 December 1981, and handwritten French text addressed to 'Madame R.' in Piding.
