Black and white mountain view of a snowy alpine landscape, with a cross and a small chapel in the foreground, in front of the Meije massif. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated May 14, 1924, sent from La Grave, mentioning the weather and the direction of the mountain group. The publisher is C. Imy, and the postmark is canceled at Grenoble post office.
