Description

Panoramic view of the medieval castle of Marksburg overlooking the Rhine, with a cruise ship below and terraced vineyards on the shore. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 15, 1974, sent from Koblenz to Mr. René Tostivint in Saint-Brieuc, with a 20 pfennig stamp and a postmark from the city.
