View of the Marktplatz in Dinkelsbühl, a 1,000-year-old town, with the Christoph-von-Schmid monument in the center, surrounded by timber-framed houses and a building with a clock. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated Wednesday, July 2, sent from Munich to Madame M.L. Baneet in Marseille, with a 30 pfennig postage stamp and a cancellation from Flensburg-Schleswig.
