Description

Panoramic view of the General Post Office building in Dublin, with a busy street of 1970s cars and an Irish flag at the top. The reverse shows a postcard dated September 22, 1978, sent from Dublin to Reims, with two Irish stamps and a handwritten French inscription. The printed text describes the history of the building, constructed in 1818 and where the Republic of Ireland was proclaimed in 1916.
