View of the Church of the Visitation in Ein Karim, with its bell tower and a stained glass window depicting the Virgin Mary. The reverse features a handwritten greeting card dated 1966, sent from Ein Karim to Madame Granier in Épinay-sur-Seine, France, with an Israeli 0.25 shekel stamp and a postmark from Tel Aviv.
