Description

Black and white postcard presenting a composition of six photos: the St. Michel Tower, a couple in folk costume, the church portal, the grain silos, the castle, and the independence monument. Central text: 'Pearl of the Eischo Valley' and 'Greetings from Mersch'. Reverse: 150F 'Animal Protection' stamp, postmark of Mersch (Luxembourg) dated 6.10.1961, address to Madame Guy Grené in Paris, and handwritten text by Philippe Heirand, photographer.
