Description

Black and white view of a Gothic cloister with pointed arches and columns, illuminated by light filtering through flower-shaped openings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 1st, 1955, sent from Bayonne, mentioning a departure for Spain and addressed to Colonel Lacassière. Postal stamp of 12 francs depicting the cathedral of Quimper, cancellation mark from Bayonne.
