Description

View of the entrance to the University of Glasgow, showing a stone building with a conical tower and an ornate entrance gate. The printed text at the bottom indicates 'ENTRANCE GATE TO UNIVERSITY. GLASGOW'. On the reverse, a postcard dated 10 February 1928, sent from Glasgow to Miss Yvette Drouet at the École de Brou, Cure et Loir, France, with a 1½d (three-eighths of a penny) stamp cancelled.
