Black and white panoramic view of snow-capped mountains, with rocky peaks and glaciers. The reverse has handwritten poetic text, a postmark of 4-7-1952 from Monêtier-les-Bains, a 12-centime postage stamp, and an address to the Pothichild Hospital in Paris XIIIe. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom: 'Publisher L. Francou, Briançon'.
