Illustrated postcard of a colorful bouquet of flowers (pink peony, anemones, blue and yellow flowers) with the inscription « Поздравляю! » at the bottom. The reverse has handwritten correspondence in Russian dated June 9, 1983, addressed to a « Дорогой Друг! », mentioning the receipt of a postcard and a request regarding the stamp series. A 7 kopecks stamp is affixed, with a Leningrad cancellation. The publisher is listed as « Государственный Эрмитаж, Ленинград ».
