Two women wearing traditional Limousin-style « barbichet » headwear, with lace veils and necklaces, in front of a stone wall and flowers. Reverse: printed text « FOLKLORE EN LIMOUSIN » and « coiffées du "barbichet" », French 50-centime postage stamp, postmark from RANCON (HAUTE-VIENNE) dated 16-8-1974, and handwritten address to the Personnel of the Municipal Prefecture in Vichy.
